Mr. Nilesh Kamthe, founder member of Nirmaann Group, is a trusted name in Real estate industry. Armed with in-depth knowledge and experience in civil contracting, he started the reputed Nirmaann Group in 2008. With incomparable management skills and sheer perseverance of hard work, Mr. Kamthe is adept at civil contracting. Sincere at what he promises and passionate about what he delivers, Mr. Kamthe's vision can only be described as exemplary.
Moving towards expansion, Mr. Kamthe along with Ms. Dipmala Kale, formed Nirmaann Corporations Pvt. Ltd. in 2012.
The enthusiastic bubble of the business house, Ms. Kale is ardently creative. With a keen eye for detail and perfection, Ms. Kale is the core designer for each project. An architectural experience spanning over a decade gives her an edge to design, and deliver as promised on design.

We follow the following Rites (Vidhi) before the start of construction for all our projects:Our Vastu consultant, Ajit Jadhav who is a renowned Vastushastra and modern architectures expert from Kolhapur. He shares his guidance right from the inception of every project. Mr Jadhav has come from Civil Engineering background & holds 10-15 years of field experience in various projects.
Bhoomi Shuddhikaran: This is performed to free the property / land from any past negative energy and to pray for the departed souls.
Bhoomi Sanskaran: To make the property beneficial and gainful and to generate positive energy from the property bhoomi sanskaran vidhi is conducted. Bhoomipujan: Its a ritual performed to ask permission from Bhoomi Deva, and to get her blessings.
